That would be how we go into the past in a sense. The universe dispersed matter and elements following its beginning. If humanity goes towards the galaxies closer to the progression, big bang curve, it won't have to deal with the dilemma of an ever expanding universe. That is if we can out run it.

Recent discoveries in cosmology show that the universe began at the Big Bang, time matter and space came into existence at once and then the universe began expanding.

This means whatever caused this, had to be outside of time and space and the natural world, because "before" the Big Bang there was no time, space or matter.

Do you agree that the only explanation is that a spaceless, timeless, immaterial creator (by definition) began creating the universe and continues to do so as the universe expands, or do you think there's a better explanation?

Do you think science will kill God, or do you think it's just going to validate something we already know?

At this point, I don't think science can go beyond the Big Bang, so I don't think it's going to kill God even if it wanted to, since science is just the study of the natural world.

All right, time to find the neediness level of GAG. Now that Disney's about to come out with Star Wars VII, and they've said they won't be following the expanded universe storyline at all, do you feel like they're saying all those years of reading the books and playing the games don't matter? I realize that they've bought the rights and Lucas reserved the right to disown anything he wanted from the start, but I feel like we invested in it enough to make it somewhat important. How about you?

I was raised a Star Wars boy in my youth. I read the novels, played that games and had an extensive knowledge of the expanded universe. However, recently I started checking out Star Trek for a change of pace, and I absolutely loved it! Now I'm starting to forget some of my Star Wars knowledge, and I feel like I've betrayed my faith :/

What do I do? And out of curiosity, which do you prefer? D:
