As a guy It's light shades of blue such as cyan or azure that reminds me it with femininity. These are common colors usually present in the sky between late morinngs after 9:00, around noon and in the afternoon before evening before 18:00, like the horizon in my avatar. I would also associate it with cleanliness, beauty, peacefulness and morality.

A female user posts a picture of her cleavage as the focus of an avatar and complains that she gets creepy males PMing her and that she is the vicitm of a sexist society.

A male user posts that pictures of that nature are clearly begging for attention and that she is not a victim of a sexist society but an attention whore who is posting purposefully provocative pictures of herself.
