Search Results: i like her but am hung up on ex girlfriend

Let me set the scene for this poll. My crush has this female friend that is happily married. She's always around him. The problem is she doesn't seem to like me much but she will tell him how cute him and I are together and how she thinks I have a crush on him, which is true. He also shows signs of crushing on me. When she's around he will act nervous around me, can barely talk to me and just ignore me in general. His friend has mocked me in a passive aggressive way and brings up questions about his ex girlfriends when I'm sitting near them in a room which he refuses to talk about around me. He has never mentioned girls around me before. If we happen to be alone, which isn't often, he seems more confident and more willing to have a conversation with me.

So how should I tackle this? I already messaged him on Facebook once to tell him if he ever wants to hang out that I'm always around and he said he would like to, but of course now his female friend knows and now she calls me his "girlfriend". It's hard to ask him in person because he's never alone anymore, or should I just give up and move on? Suggestions? Opinions?
