You can manifest your dreams if you put your mind into it, so why haven't you?

Scientifically speaking did you know that photons can pop into and out of existence, be in more than one place at once and even travel into the future and accumulate into a wave and when that wave collapses, a future possibility is determined? The reason why this is related to the question is because the observer (you) has a direct effect on photons which was proven through the wave experiment. Photoreceptors is what lets you interpret the world around you visually and when you look at something an electromagnetic signal is sent back to your brain. As far as you are concerned, that is your reality which can be altered if you out your mind into it. Manifestation has been talked about for thousands of years and the one of the most popular phenomena (placebo effect) proves the value of thinking in the physical world to a certain extent. Your thoughts and observations matter on a sub atomic level. Time itself is relative, meaning you can theoretically "think" your future possibilities to an extent, photons themselves prove this. You are basically one big conductor and your brain is a magnetic field, put your mind into something valuable. Let me know if you will at least hear me out and try it, or if you have preexisting beliefs that conflict this.
