Okay met girl at uni party, got along well then added her on Facebook and got talking. Got her number and talked with her asked to meet up before I went home for Easter break but it was the weekend and she was working. Tried to arrange we meet in the evening but she fell asleep after work. The next day she said sorry and asked to hangout when i get back. This is where it get hard, basically I initiate half the time when texting and she always texts back instantly but drops halfway in a conversation but admitted to being bad at replying and being busy with deadlines. One day I text her and we had a good conversation no drops at all and i even asked whether she wanted to Skype but she hadn't changed her pass. So I said what about a phone call at some point which she was happy enough to say yes and she's always using emoticons and texting back long responses (seems positive to me but I don't text much). One day however i was texting again with more convo's and I gave her a compliment that she's pretty and has a nice personality, she responded well but then I made a comment saying "you had me wanting to chill with you on day 1" after her text (over did it?). I texted one more time to say I gotta do my essay now nice chatting with you! No response from that point...now the next day I asked if she wanted that call? no response... Now what? I'm genuinely confused that scared her off or something or is this some sort of game that I now have to wait? A female friend of mine also know she takes a while to respond on Facebook but not sure about texting. She also possibly had her bestfriend over that night but does that mean she might still be over or gave her advice in some way?

Basically girl showing possible signs of interest not sure because we can only text one another until we can meet but she wants to hang out. I initiate texts, she doesn't. We have some good talks, she seems quite fast to respond, texts back long messages along with a ton of emoticons (smiley's etc...) similar hobbies all that. Then each time in the convo she drops out and I won't receive a reply, text back next day she's happy enough to text and before this said she's bad at replying and is busy with deadlines in a few weeks. i asked today if I could call her she seems fine with that and also gave a her a subtle compliment and she was very thankful but also didn't wanna believe it as girls do.

My main question though is the drops in convo's without a reason the next day or anything natural or taking advantage of the fact i'm not bothered or is this a negative sign of not interested?
