This guy said he respected me yet did not acknowledge I was different from my brother, who worked for him prior, despite how from the start I was obviously more qualified. This guy kept bringing my brother up in comparison as if there was one... there wasn't. I am better at this work period.

The only thing my brother had going is he lacks confidence so rather sucks up to authority, I been confident and qualified to be either am seen as peer with bosses (as now) or there's a clear divide in abilities (with prior guy brother also worked for there was no such divide, more peers) in which they get a lot of respect but I still don't suck up.

Further this guy tried lumping me with other women who were of low caliber - he had had a few flings, including with an employee of you listen to business gossip, while married. He brought this up with the implications I was to follow suit even though he was married still and pushed in a way by doing tasks that he said showed respect. Really they were just implementing suggestions that should have been done long before

Personally, I find intelligence extremely attractive. I can't date a person unless they are intelligent and able to have deeper conservations of things that matter. Granted, I enjoy celeb gossip as much as the next person. Still, I prefer talking about things like art, history, social theories/ concepts, and academic things, so when looking for a partner, I get bored if they aren't smart easily. It's no fun dating someone that can't stimuli your mind. But how much does intelligence mean to you in a partner? What kind of smart do you think you are?
