People often want to talk to strangers they often see or someone they know only superficially, such as at work or school, as a conversation starter. So there is a girl I like, of course, and I have no clue how to approach her. Namely because I graduated High School and she is just now becoming a senior. I will be in the area for the next couple of years, and I am interested in meeting her and having a conversation with her. I know a bit about her, and I feel like we might gel really well. For starters, she is kind, we have the same religion, and we have similar values.

So that being said... how do I talk to her? I know exactly what I want to say, but the approach is the issue.
I could either sling her an instant message, or maybe try going to church (or the mall?) at a different time and maybe I would see her. But I don't want to look like a creep is the thing. Might as well just move on if my choices are all garbage.

I am pretty sure I will end up talking to her in person, but I am curious about feedback.
