Alright here are the signs which indicates he might like me: and the BUTs lead me to think I might be just friends
- texts me more than once a week for the past few months BUT uses his mobile phone frequently
- waits for me and we walk home together
- compliments me even when I don't ask anything about my dressing etc.
- met up for brunch and had coffee after BUT didn't pay, not that I would've allowed him to pay, I'm capable of doing that for myself.
- points out that his friends and mine like to tease about us BUT he totally rejects their teases by telling them to shut up and stuff
- introduced me to baseball and shares his favourite music like Sam Smith or The Script.
- ... BUT he has no crushes or so he says, and we've already known each other for three months (since around the start of summer)

He's a baseball player for our college and isn't much of a party goer but yea sometimes we attend the same parties, and he's known to be chummy with girls though he swears they're strictly friends and no he ain't sleeping with them.

So am I just a friend, and for future reference what are some signs that indicate a guy just wants to be friends?
