Okay So I know this guy since we were kids, but we never talked. We saw each other thrice a year. This year, a month back he started to have a crush on me and one of our mutual friends told me that. Since then, I have seen his friends tease him when I am around, he tries to stay around me and I have seen him stare at me when I'm not looking. Honestly I found that sweet. After that, we started texting from the day of my birthday. The way he talks, it's kinda obvious what he feels for me. And all of his friends, literally all of them have now come to know this and about me. I have butterflies. But now the fact is, what I came to know about him is that, I'm the first girl he's so interested about and he's still a kid at heart (that's cute right?) He isn't the type of jerks guys are these days. Even my friends know this about him. A guy like this, who has never had a relationship, or is a kid at heart, should I date him? Because my friends told he has no experience he might be not mature enough to handle a relationship. What should I do? And if I took your time, sorry pardon you're girl 🙆

This guy four years ago used to be kind of flirty with me, he would get nervous about asking me for stuff and would be weird around me. I got a vibe that he liked me, but he never did anything about it so I thought he was over me. And then the next year, we would pass each other he would always look at me and then look away. He randomly came up to me and asked me about the flashlight on my phone and then walked away. He continued doing things like that with me.
And then the next year, I liked his friend and said something to him, but his friend thought I was being mean. So the guy posted about me and his friend and was super mean about it. Then the guy ( that I liked) realized I wasn't being mean and everyone got over it, except the guy ( who keeps bothering me). The guy ( who keeps bothering me) even commented on the other guy's name (the friend that I liked ) on my Instagram post.
Anyway, so it's been like two years since the thing with the guy ( that I used to like) and the guy (who is annoying me) is still looking at me when he walks with the friend (who I liked he like) and always makes it awkward. Like his friend and I are both over it, but the guy (who might like me like ) still looks at me and then whispers to his friends and looks back at me. He still like looks at me and does all the stuff that he did years ago. He also was talking really loudly about some party and he kept looking back at me when he was talking about it. And if he passes me and a friend, he'll stop his conversation to listen to my conversation.
Some people have told me that he likes me, but if so why was he hooking up with other girls and still being mean to me about the guy I used to like? Can you have a crush on someone for almost four years and not do anything about it? Why is he still talking about the thing with his friend and I, when we're both over it?
