it all happened at work, one day my assistant manager texted me on DM and told me if i was interested in dating someone or going on a date with someone. i knew who it was because another co worker told me that this girl named becca liked me. eventually decided talking to her on Easter and texting her if she would go hiking with me and grab some lunch after. did that. went great, met up a couple of times as well. never lacks on texting, always catching up on what i’m doing and always try’s to start a convo. USUALLY she’ll always ends up texting me a good morning since she wakes up earlier than me so she’s beats me to it. we had set a day for a movie night last weekend and things happened. BUT before the movie night, my assistant manager came up to me and told me have i made a move yet, i said no because i don’t wanna scare her away and her thinking i’m that typical guy. she told me to make a move. i’m pretty sure becca told my assistant manager to tell me to make a move... but we made out for a good 1 hr at our “ movie night “ and me hoping that she had a great time because it felt like she did. texted me the next morning like the usual, like “ nothing happened” which was ehh okay with me. now she’s really giving me late responses, doesn’t text me a good morning anymore, keeps saying she’s been really busy. i mean it’s finals week as well but at least follow up. i te texted her, “ have a good night  “ never responded until i told her a good morning again and she responded and said “ hey you, i’m having a great day thanks. i’m almost done with classes ” i texted back saying that i wanted to ask her to go watch a movie to me and it’s been 9 hrs that she hasn’t responded. i’m lowkey worried because things started changing after that movie night. but also she mentioned way before the time i first started texting her that she wanted to meet my friends , even spend my fits to bday with me.. like i’m confused!! what should i do? did she loose interest or is she just busy?

I'm an 18 year old high school senior, but I still prefer to take the bus to school unless I got to stay after school for clubs or something. It just saves more money than driving to school every single day even when I have no reason to stay after school.

But anyways, I usually just go for the very first seat on the bus, the one right behind the driver. I usually get the seat by the window, as I'm there early.

And one day, a cute blonde girl is already there before me. No biggie. I just don't get the seat close to the window. So I sit next to her. I was wearing shorts, and felt extremely soft skin on my knee. It was her leg, since she was also wearing shorts. I was gonna move my leg, but I wanted to see if she would first. But she didn't.

There was plenty of space for her to move her leg away from mine and get her own personal space 100%, but she didn't.

She was just on her phone, but then put it down, looked at me, smiled, and asked me what my name was. I told her. Then she said, "Well nice to meet you, I'm Samantha!" And she shook my hand, and I blushed a little.

She then asked me about what I liked to do, and I told her I like to draw. She asked me if I had any to show her, and so I took out my sketchbook from AP Art from my backpack, and showed her my artwork throughout the year. She was very enthusiastic and had something to say about every little drawing. It was awesome, rarely anyone appreciates my drawings.

I then asked about her interests, and she said soccer and swimming, and though I don't care for those, the way she explained it made me care. So much enthusiasm and passion.

And from there, we sit on the bus next to each other everyday, everyday with my bare knee slightly touching hers, and her never moving her leg.

It's almost always bare legs, too, since we live in Florida, and both myself and her hate pants, and only wear shorts.

I can't tell if she's just friendly and/or doesn't care, or if she legit likes me, though.
