Three staff members took pictures of the young female manager in a short skirt when she was bent over. The three staff members passed around the picture making fun of the manager. They talked about how she was dressing "slutty" and in short skirts to impress their boss who is the assistant manager.

The three staff members were all fired at once. A major drop in staff and a major loss to the company by stretching needed work too thin. On the day of the firing, the young female manager was so upset and humiliated that a picture was being passed around by her staff showing a "thong" that she has taken sick days off and hasn't returned since.
