Guy lies to me twice about contacting the handyman to fix my bathroom sink where the water leaked like crazy when the sink was draining (hole in corroded pipe from last tenants who used Drano)

First was right before going on vacation, 2nd was during (didn't tell me he was on vacay until the 2nd).

Sink leaked such that I need to empty a pail of water placed under the trap after 2-3 times of use.

It got moldy from the first time it leaked since the water was sitting in a pool for a week before I noticed (hidden under cabinet). Had to spray it with hydrogen peroxide while breathing that crap into my lungs to keep it from spreading. Repairman finally came by after 3 weeks!

Yesterday, I was late paying the rent by 5 days (working late all week on a project) and he insists on picking up the check in person.

Saw me taking a walk and insisted I go back and get the check for him since I was only 2 blocks away from my apartment! Guy couldn't even wait after I texted him that afternoon that I would be back around 6pm and it was only 4pm.
