By the way i would make the guy meet me at my college (a public place). The reasons why im questioning this is because 1. When my dad found out that i was going to meet a guy i met online in college he yelled at me was disappointed in me and treated me horribly even though he is usually like a best friend to me my parents say that i am too naive and sex trafficking is common in this state. 2. I only gave one person a chance on the dating app he created a Snapchat To talk to me , i talked to him everyday for about two weeks and he told me that we would meet up he ditched me the first time and then rescheduled (i was supposed to meet him today) and then just yesterday he ended up unfriending me out of nowhere and sending me this text.

I had a really bad feeling that he would ditch me again and i was afraid of that happening again but this was probably worse. The thing is i am sensitive and I don’t want to get hurt should i still try dating apps? Because i’m really shy in real life and i’m very Lonely this time I'm going to put that I don't want someone who will waste my time. I’m also a little scared about how my parents will react they already started comparing me to my cousin who is promiscious ( I’m not i’m very shy) and my dad didn’t even speak to me when he came back from work. This made me very sad i spent a while crying last night but now i think i feel a little better i’m still a little embarrassed though because i was arguing with my mom and dad to let me meet him but he still bailed on me

So I recently asked out my professor and we’ve been seeing each other for almost 2 weeks, it’s been great. We’ve kept it on the dL so he wouldn’t get in trouble. However this semester is almost over and he asked me to be his girlfriend since I will no longer be his student. Of course I said yes and our relationship will still be on the dL until I graduate but I want to tell my parents but I’m kinda worried of what they might say🙄should I tell them when I go home for winter break or wait a while? Or should I just say I met a guy while I was away at college 🤔. I kind of hinted to them when I came down for Thanksgiving that I’m currently seeing someone. Plus I plan on spending time with him during the break.

I want to understand why I always end up attracting drama with people. While people may say I’m the issue, I don’t think I am. I’m very quiet and only speak when spoken to. In HS, middle school, work, college etc, I have been around all types of people. There’s always one person that dislikes me for no reason. I’m 25 and I have developed major anxiety as a result of my trauma. This anxiety is worsening things for me, because I’m alienating myself. And as a result, people are continuing to judge me negatively because of how quiet I am. I’ve been told things like I’m unapproachable etc but people see what they want to see. I don’t think I’m a bad person or go out of my way to hurt others. So why do people develop issues with me or bring me down etc? My own family did this to me, people I trusted and have known for my existence. At work now, there are women who are close with almost everyone but me. And I’ve never done anything to them. Not to mention, my lack of dating life. I’ve never been asked out by a guy I’d like to date, only unattractive men. I’ve lost a lot of weight and try to maintain my thick/slim figure. So why am I always alone? I swear there’s this curse on me I can’t put a finger on.
