This is a question inspired by a twitter poll i recently saw, so here is a bit of context.

Lets say there are three rapists accused, one is actually a rapist but two are innocent.
In these cases the girls are late to the party and can no longer create the proper evidence.

If you as the court decide to go based on the claims of the girls alone, you will catch a rapist and prevent him from doing harm however two other men will have there life's destroyed and get put in an environment full of criminals that since they are good man will get taken full advantage off in the prison system as they aren't used to fights or to defend themselves in a crowd. These guys will never get a job, get traumatized in the prison and will never be the same and there family will be without a father. However, the third rapist is caught and that means that you stopped him from creating more victims.

Or do you dismiss the cases based on the facts there is not enough evidence? The two man can use this to there peers to proof they are innocent, still have a bit of a stigma but since they are proven innocent they can rebuild there life's. But, the rapist is still around vulnerable girls and can take advantage off them at any moment creating new victims who may be to afraid to report and there for stop him.

Normally you wouldn't know how many are innocent, but this time its part of the question so you have a bit of an insight. You don't know who is innocent or who raped though, so the poll contains no options for further research as there is absolutely not enough evidence based on the case and even the lie detector tests where not consistent.

So I got this girls number yesterday and I have no idea what to do since my track record of getting girls numbers is good but usually after that I fuck up pretty bad, and I can't handle anymore fuck-ups this week

I was on Facebook and her page came up since she's in my contacts so of course I was nosey and peeked 🤐. She had no relationship status and no pictures with boys surprisingly so I'm thinking she lives privately or she could actually be single.

Now don't get me wrong I'm not trying to be a show off or anything like that but this girl is really attractive and that alone makes me feel like my efforts are automatically pointless here. So I don't know what to do.

1) I'm afraid to text her because I have no idea what her schedule is like and I have no idea how that would come off (desperate, creepy, weird)
