So I've been dating this guy on and off for two+ years, earlier this year we got back together and he asks me to move in with him with him I suggested we continue to see where things were later in the year before taking that step. He spends most of his time busy with work to the point I felt alone in the relationship... it was more times apart than with each other. I got frustrated with the lack of attention and started dating other people. He recently reached out to me, wanting me back, and to not give up on us, he asked again for me to move in with him. I'm seriously clueless, I do love him but doubt his seriousness of committing to the relationship. He says he will change and show more actions than words. He asked to meet face to face to talk, I didn't have transportation to get there and made mention in a text conversation to him that my battery for my car were dead and my tires were baled. He went ahead and purchased me a new battery and 4 new tires and deliverd them to my house. I don't know if I should trust what he says... would like for the men to shed some light on this. Ladies also if you have children would you move in?

Guys complain about their lack of control in family planning. I sympathize with that, because it is rather unfair that you have to trust a woman in regards to something so potentially life-altering. But once a guy has a couple of kids, why isn't this a no-brainer? Is it because you are holding on to the crazy idea that an even more attractive or ideal mate will come along than the one you've got, and you don't want to miss out on the chance to have babies with her, too? Is it a primal instinct to protect the family jewels? Or is it the fear of being sliced open down there? (I agree, that does sound rather unpleasant). Just curious.
