Long story short: I fell madly in love with a dedignifying, sneaky, shady, lying, whoring asshole who abused my trust and eroded all the peace and joy within our relationship. Despite the many unearned, undeserved chances I gave him, he still continued to do disrespectful, grimy things behind my back that are blatantly upsetting. He has screwed me over and shitted all over me on every single level including letting a random female bounce on his d*ck.

The result? My vicious side finding its way to the surface on a consistent basis to an extent that gets his feelings hurt. I am not proud of it, but I possess a very unpleasant, cold, mean-spirited side. It started out as a necessary habit to keep things together while I was being emotionally traumatized during my childhood. Add that truth to grown woman knowledge, fully encompassed understanding, and gentle eyes and you get a million ruthless comments and gestures.

Now more than ever I’m finally accepting that he simply sucks as a significant other and cannot be trusted. I respect and love him less for his grimy, tactless, whorish ways. His birthday is this Sunday and I’m so fed up that I’m seriously considering blowing him off for our evening plans, not even wishing him ‘Happy Birthday’, and never speaking to him again. Should I do this? How cruel is it on a scale of 1-10? What’s your overall view on this situation?
