I started talking to this girl for about 4 months now we aren't really dating but we were talking a lot and we both liked eachother because we both admitted it, and I think it's kind of dieing down. She used to always text me first and text back a lot. Now she usually text me when she needs help with homework. And she rarely text me to see how I am doing. But whenever I feel like I am about to quit on her I just can't cause whenever I see her it just gives me the moral to keep trying. Anyways she told me she is going to Hawaii with her family this weekend, but since the false alarm incident I don't think she's going. But she's went to Las Vegas. I have Snapchat and under the mural friends I ended up adding her ex on accident but eventually she told me that it was her ex. But I go on snap maps and I end up finding out that she is with her ex hanging out in Las Vegas first I saw them in the same area then I saw them right by each other. Then after that they BOTH went Ghost mode which is you can't see either of them on Snapchat maps, later they posted shoe selfies on their stories (Basically selfies of you both wearing shoes side by side). When I saw this my heart literally dropped but I was not too surprised because I predicted it but my heart still dropped. I am not sure if they are just catching up with each other or if they got back together. But anyways she comes back out here next week and I want to change because when I asked her out she said I am "confusing, and to just take it slow". It's hard for me because whenever I feel like I should give up on her she ends up doing something small that turns out nice. When she comes back next week I want to be a totally different person then what she remembered. Because I am shy a lot and people always tell me I am quiet. I want to start over from scratch and be the guy she wants. What should I do?

So I started talking to this girl and like when we started talking things were going really good. Like, we would text everyday and call almost everyday. She even told me she had a dream of me and her cuddling and that was cute lol. Then she broke up with her boyfriend a while ago and things have kinda gone down hill. We haven't talked much and like i miss her. I know she's probably trying to move on from her ex and like isn't ready for a relationship. But like this is the last thing she sent me which was a week ago, She said she's gong to be honest., She needs a friend rn more then a boyfriend. She isn't fully rejected me but she doesn't think it would be fair to lead me on or anything. She said we could definitely have something in the future and she is unsure right now of her maturity and what I need is something she can give. She needs time to figure herself out. The last few years she's been really focused on her mental and emotional health since thats what she needs before she feels that she's ready to fulfill another partners need. She said she has issues she needs to sort out and doesn't want me getting caught in the crossfire. She said she really likes me, she does but she recognizes she needs to do things first. She apologized for leaving me on read for days saying some days she doesn't feel like talking to anyone. Last thing she said was she needs to learn how to have a healthy relationship since the few she's been in haven't gone so well. Like, I really like her but I get that maybe I'm overthinking?
