Valentine's Day is coming up next month and I've been thinking about what I should get my boyfriend. I really love when men wear cologne. My boyfriend doesn't wear cologne, but he does use old spice deodorant so when we cuddle he does smell good.

But it would buying him cologne knowing he doesn't wear it seem selfish or even rude? Like that I'm hinting he needs to use it? I guess it could be seen as selfish since I'm the one who wants him to wear it but I would probably get a nice shirt or something to go with it. He's never expressed distaste towards cologne.

I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for a year and a half. We are young, I will be 21 in April and he is 22 now. I think maybe he is trying to drop hints to me.
I was talking about my friend and her boyfriend to him. Her boyfriend wants to marry her ( I disaprove). They don't have a good enough relationship for that. He started to tell me he don't think they are even engagement material. Even if they are engaged for a while he said he think it would be to rocky for them to even think of engaging. Then he's like valentines day is coming up and I know you don't like me getting you thing but I going to get you it anyways. Then he was like I will probably give it to you early (he always does then gives me something on the occasion). It is sweet, he says it is more of a surprise. Well anyways, he is like, I don't know if you would like it though because it requires change and then I said to him. I probably will like it. Then I got to thinking hum... What requires change? Early in our conversation we were debating about moving out of town and in with one another as well. I probably just am over thinking this and he knows how I feel on marriage ( 2-3 years before you go into it). I just don't know anything that would be change. I am just curious, has anyone been through this? Do you think I am over thinking ( probably am) ? Do you think he is actually going to ask me?

My ex boyfriend whom I dated for a while, texted me on Facebook yeserday for the first time in months. He asked for my number and I responded if he meant to ask me that or if that was meant for someone else, he said he meant to ask and I said why, he said he wanted th call me sometime. He also sent me a picture of the Valentine's Day card I got him...8 months ago when we were together. I really need to make sense of all this. I never lost feelings for him I just want to know his logic and if this means he wants to make amends and get back together.
