This guy and I have been arguing for the past month. It's annoying and I'm just done with it.

- Thought about it that same night and I already knew the answer and things weren't adding up. I didn't want to deal with him anymore so I told him don't answer and to delete my number.
- He replied saying I was unhealthy and irrational again. That I freak out. That he cares but I have a bad thinking pattern.
- I called him to get this situation cleared. Tired of texting because it's making everything worse. He didn't answer. Says he's working and he is down to talk but not when I'm acting like this. I calmy replied saying to reach out to me when he's ready to TALK OVER THE PHONE, rather than texting.

He has not reached out yet. We don't even live in the same city and this guy keeps trying to string me along. I'm sick of it. I tried leaving twice and he keeps coming back. I'm a pushover. Yeah, my argument skills need approving, but I know he's playing me. I'm standing up for myself. I have a gut feeling so deep and his stories dont match. He says he's crazy busy but he's been online for his dating profile. He is stringing me along. I tried all possible ways to talk about this with him and to see what he wants but he keeps blaming me and saying im unhealthy. What do I do?

So my guy told me he really liked me one night via text. Next day he text me in the morning and then afternoon. Next day he only texted once. Next two days after that no text. He says he would be busy so I didn't worry about it. Next day after that, no text but I had some news I wanted to share so I sent a small text. He replied immediately saying he's working and asked if I was. I replied and then he stopped. I figured he's busy. Next day, no reply. I sent him a text that night that I felt he's playing games. He got defensive and blew up on me and said its all in my head, I assumed, he's busy and that he doesn't want to deal with an emotional person like me that I have no evidence and sorry I was hurt by this but he doesn't deserve a response like that. I said whoa I was just telling you how I felt, I assumed the worst and I apologized multiple times. I told him girls think differently. If we don't hear from a guy often we get defensive. Then I told him you seem you made up your mind already, I won't bother you, I really did like you so thanks for the closure. Yeah I was wrong and admitted it, however he just attacked me the whole time and didn't try to work it out. I apologized multiple times about it however I still stood by what I felt, which was I was strung along. Why get so defensive about it? Why call quits so easily? That shows me he never really liked me in the first place.

Guy told me he really liked me. After that he texted once a day for two days. he told me he would be working/busy for the next three days. I told him thats fine, get back to me whenever. It was 3 days so I texted him on the third day thinking he's done working just to share some exicitng news and he responded to the message fast saying he's still working and tried to continue the conversation. However, once I replied he does not finish the conversation or say he will talk to me later. I took it as busy and didn't mind. After that day he still doesn't reply the whole day. When I confronted him about it. He got very defensive and told me my assumptions are extreme. That my response shows that I mistrust others and myself that I have no evidence except I didn't hit him backk up. Told me sorry that it hurts you but he doesn't deserve this response and told me to have a nice week. I replied and told him I apologize for my assumptions but I still stood by my reasonings. That I wanted to be open and discuss it and if my assumptions were extreme to please debunk them. That I needed to protect myself. I felt like he was playing games and leaving me hanging. I understand busy is busy of course. I don't expect a text every day. But 4-5 days is a bit much for a girl you told you really liked. Also, he didn't continue the argument, he just vanished. If you were in my position, what would you have done or think? Would you trust him so easily? I've only known him for 1 month so why would i trust so easily? Would you have been okay with going 4-5 days without contact? My conclusion was that he strung me along. As much as he tried to pin the whole thing on me, yes it was partially my fault and I admitted it/apologized but it was not all my fault. Ladies- what would you have done? Was my behavior not lady like? Oh and his line of work isn't in an office, he has his own business so phone usage is up to his discretion.
