Search Results: how long to wait before i ask her out again

We met Saturday night at a Halloween party, we exchanged numbers and that same night later he texted me and he stated talking to me. He asked me out right there and we went for coffee on Tuesday. We have been texting each other since Sunday, and after coffee I texted and I thanked him for the coffee and I said "I would love to do it again" and he responded "I would love that too". He has sent me good morning texts every day. How long would I have to wait until he asks me out on a second date?
I can see he is flirting with me by the texts he sends, and I like that, but I wanna go out again with him and I don't wanna look too desperate or needy.
I am 20 and never had a bf before so I need help because I don't know what I'm doing, he is 21.

we've just started seeing each other after months and months of not talking because before we both wanted different things. every time we've spent time together (3 times) so far have been great. very romantic, fun, great conversation, always making each other laugh, etc. the second time we hung out I decided it was ok for us to have sex, as the two of us having sex together is nothing new. the 3rd time I stayed over at his place after he bought me dinner. in the morning I guess I decided to just ask him when his plans were for the weekend before I left and he said he was really busy, so I just told him to call me and said my good byes and he gave me a big hug and kiss. he has told me he likes me and had been really happy that I've agreed to hang out again. however, it's been a week and I haven't heard from him. this isn't exactly out of the normal for him, we've had conversations before where I remember asking well I would really worry if you waited like two weeks to call and and he said no I'd never do that. but I still feel anxious, just because we just started seeing each other again (he's the one who initiated it too). I'm just wondering how into this it sounds like he is relationship wise? he doesn't have much real relationship experience since his only one was long term and long distance, but I don't want to sound needy by calling him up letting him know I need more time. I was to appear independent, with my own life, not needing him but wanting him in it none the less. how should I go about this? the last time we hung out he was very very happy to hear from me, but I don't want to be the one initiating it again. what should I do, why is he acting like this?

So about a week ago my ex and i got into contact again after 1 year. I decided to take the first step after someone close to him had said that he has been waiting for me to reach out (since he has a lot of pride). Anyways, the first day we talked he gave me his number, i waited a few days and texted him, we then texted for 2 days and then nothing, the weekend came along and its Monday and the only thing he's done is "like" my instagram picture. The first night of texting i thought the convo was over however the next morning he sent me a "Good Morning" text and it really wasn't needed because i thought the convo from the night before was over, and always to keep the convo going he asks "what are you up to" or "what are you doing". In the texts he doesn't seem dry or anything, its normal. Am i over analyzing this situation to much since its still fresh since we just started talking again after so long? Please don't judge since its an "ex".

This guy has been giving me signals for months. Almost a year. He never made the move so i decided to ask him out when he came in my work. There was a long line, and i asked him what he was doing this weekend and he said nothing yet and my gut told me the way he was saying it was like an invitation to ask. I said well if you are free we should do something, and he was like yes totally i will be in touch all cute and excited.

It's been two days and nothing. I didn't have time to exchange numbers (long line) or nail anything specific down but we are Facebook friends and he said he'd be in touch. I want your opinion on this:

If he was interested would he have messaged? Should i be the one to message since i initiated?
OR should I wait to talk to him until we are in person again?
Should i fb message him my number?
And just your general feel about this situation.

I have never asked a guy out before. I really like him. I'm wondering if i should not have made a move, because it looks desperate like all of my girlfriends tell me. I'm sad.
