- I know for a fact she’s very controlling to the boyfriend who is in love with her (my friend) and extremely demeaning/manipulative. None of my business, I don’t interfere, but It made me not like her.

- she stopped hanging out with my boyfriend after he started dating me (it’s well known in our group she doesn’t like me for some reason Idk)

Now the latest and what made me ask this question, she is starting to try and create problems where there arent:

- asked my mom if she knows my boyfriend and I are moving in together (we are not and it got my conservative mom very worried and to fight with me)

- keeps asking my boyfriend if he really likes me or if I really like him etc, or insisting his family wouldn't like me

- she's hosting a dinner party this weekend and made a group but privately messaged my boyfriend to come, and said she doesn't care if I don't come when he mentioned I had another party to go to

- there are a million other little examples of her trying to create arguments between us, basically

Our other friends think she is either jealous of mine her her bf’s past friendship, or she’s into my boyfriend. Well it doesn’t matter.

My question is. We will surely keep meeting as we live nearby and hang out at the same places.

In my place, what would you do?

So it's been over 2 months since I first spoke to this guy - we're both interested to meet each other but schedules just keep getting in the way. He was away for about 4 weeks with a break in between which he asked me out and then after he got back, I cancelled a couple times due to personal reasons. He even said we seem to have very bad luck when it comes to meeting.

Just learnt that I'm taking an overseas assignment for about 2 months abroad. Should I ghost him or explain the situation to him? I never talk to guys for this long without meeting. Sure it's not deep conversation , but I think there's healthy interest on both our parts.

He seems pretty keen on wanting to meet. He's a decently nice guy as far as I can tell. Would my telling him that I'll be gone for 2 months be a turn-off? If so, should I ghost him and maybe reappear suddenly after I'm back?

I ran into a guy I worked with a year ago today when I was out for a walk. We talked for a bit and then I asked if he wanted to hangout. He said he can't because he is meeting a friend but that he would otherwisw. I continued to walk with him. He asked if it was on the way and I said yea. Eventually, he asked what way I wanted to go. I pointed in one direction and he said, "well, I have to go the other way. See ya around". Was that lame of me? He is a really nice guy but I feel kinda embarrassed. I told him "I have nothing else to do today". I was also really peppy.
