So my family is longtime friends with family of the guy I like. We happened to go on vacation together a few weeks ago, and while my mom and his mom were talking, his mom told my mom this, "I think he's always liked her." I wasn't really shocked because she's made this comment before. Before she has said, "I know he likes her." "Oh no, he likes her." So she's said it more times than that, but those are the only comments I remember word for word. But I don't think he has told her flat out he does simply because she would definitely also have told my mom this. He also happened to be very flirty on this trip, in my opinion.

For example,
1. He'd try to "scare" me a lot. (Grabbed my waist a few times.)
2. He'd take snapchat videos of me doing silly stuff and save them...
3. He'd take my phone so I'd need to reach over his body to grab it, but still wouldn't give it back when I was on top of him.
4. We stayed up until 3am talking, sitting basically on top of each other (just very close.) 2 nights in a row.

This all makes me think he likes me, however, he never answered a text I sent about getting together. He also doesn't try and keep a snapchat streak with me. I don't know... I'm just a very insecure person and end up analyzing every detail. So anyway his communication with me is pretty bad, and you'd expect it to be good if he liked me I guess. He's also a very shy and introverted person... So by behaving the way he did, I was kinda sure he liked me. But because of him not answering my text and not really reaching out, I end up beginning to think differently.

If you could give your honest opinion or comment, please? I just really need some help, I've known him since we were little kids. I've liked him since the moment I saw him, and I guess I've always felt deep down something is bound to happen between us; guess that makes me bias. ;P

Anyway does his lack of communication mean anything, and his actions and mom's comments?

What do I do? I do not own the right shade to cover up my scars they are ancient and my arms have a darker tan than my typical foundation. I believe it's more honest if I don't hide them, but I've had them 9 months now so they won't go away for a year or more. It isn't exactly a conversation starter I wanna go into either. If I do hide them, one will see them later and an act of dishonesty by wearing a sweater or bandage could look bad for me down the line. I haven't self harmed in nearly a month, I believe strongly in body positivity. As modelling is my dream, I feel like it could give me the self confidence to quit self harm and the fame to advise other girls to do so as well- but I'm scared I will never get my dream job because of the dark place I was in 9 months ago.

Okay so recently there was this guy that told one of my friends he liked me but I friend zoned. He was really hurt that I only wanted to be friends for a while. So, I wrote him a note to explain why I did what I did. The reason I friend zoned him is because he was scared of his friends acting like jerks about the relationship. In the note I wrote my number and told him, he can text me if he wants. I also said I hope we talk soon. It's been 5 days since then, and I'm starting to get worried that I screwed up. Do u guys think that he text me? Or am I just wasting my time with this guy? Please be honest!!
