There's a guy that I know and he always teases everybody like playfully. But to me he always says "hi how r u", "who's your teacher", "how was your test" and all the stuffs that are asking about me with serious face. He teases me especially a lot to me tho. When I was talking to my friends he put my hood over my head-which I've never seen him doing it to other girls, cuz' when he teases other girls he always do very simple things- and teased me for being shy to make myself funny to make others laugh when he asked me to, raising my hands up and shake in the air. When I refused to, he said "R u still being shy, even more than 2 months passed to be classmate? C'mon!". Also when I bump into him he always says "why r u stalking me" and when I sighs at him and say "I'm not" he says "it's a joke, it's joke". Sometimes when I pass him while he's talking to his friends he totally ignores me and even talk louder with his friend. But when he's alone he always approaches to me and starts conversation.
And I'm pretty short and he's kinda tall, and when he gives highfive to me he always raise his hand as higher as he can. When he did that I held his arm and pull down and highfived him. And then he squatted down and made his palm as lower as he could and I was like 'r u serious' face and he said "come on!" with raising eyebrows and I highfived him again.
Are they the signs that he likes me?

Because me and this guy we talk, laugh, get close to each other and tease each other. I ask him to hang out at times and he doesn't respond to it. But he asks about it the next time he sees me. He also looks at me from time to time. Then there's another girl he kinda talks to and she flirts with him and he flirts back kind of. He called her his dear friend and he called me his lady. He's brushed his leg up against mine a few times and he tapped my foot with his. So yesterday comes Usually me and him and a few friends walk together after class but this time he was walking and he caught up with the other girl somehow. Then I saw him on the way to third period and he looked at me and looked down and smiled. He got to his class and cleared his throat loud. Also on the way to lunch him and his friend were looking at me and whenever I pass them by they always stop talking. It's a long story for all of this and I really need all the advice I can get on what to do and what this means

Hi, Men here, I need your opinion on deciphering whether this guy I like likes me back?

1. He's super outgoing and talkative to all people including strangers, he has no problem talking to other girls, but he's sort of quiet around me

2. We look at each other a lot, the eye contact is longer than usual and we both smiles to each other when gazing (his smile is very gentle and shinning)

3. No matter where I stand, he always seems to face me (body language), sometimes we don't stand close to each other, but I find that he'd still be facing me and looking at me

4. He laughs at a lot of things I say or do

5. He gave me a gift before in front of everyone

6. When we are alone, he is still not very talkative and would discuss something more serious ( a little bit too serious, and make me serious, too), not as the funny and joking-all-the-time himself

7. He has no problem touching others (hi 5 or shoulder) (both guys and girls), but he seems to not touch me much, when he does, he touches my arm very softly and gently.

8. Sometimes he seems to avoid eye contact with me, and other times he gazes into my eyes for a long time (and I gaze it and smile back) He doesn't do this with other people that I know

9. When i'm giggling or laughing, he'd want to know what I'm giggling about.

10. One time when I cried, he holds my hand and gave me some words of comfort

11. One time when I dress very tight and showing some cleavage, he couldn't talk to me normally, as if he doesn't know where to look and he blushed.

12. Another mutual guy friend likes me very obviously, and they two seem to get into verbal fights sometimes. (although they are still friends)

The above signs make me think that maybe he likes me, BUT here's the bomb...

1. He goes on dates with different girls almost every 2 weeks and he tells everyone about it (he seems
