My boyfriend consistently ditches me or is late. There's also a number of times he has lied to me. Yet he claims that I am not normal/weird for being upset. I will list a few examples.

1. This is the most frequent. Happens so often that when he tells me "I won't be late" or we make arrangements, I already know it's not going to happen. He sends me a message saying he's going out. Right then & there. This was not previously discussed. Then he ignores me. Often for over 6 hours until 2 am.
2. He went to Brazil last year for work. He told me he didn't intend to travel. On the 3rd day of being there, he sent a text saying he decided to travel, his boss said he could. He disappeared for an entire week. This was bad enough; a business trip turning into a leisure trip without him informing me of his whereabouts, no answers to messages, phone calls unanswered. About 4 months after this I saw on booking. com that he booked the hotels for various cities in Brazil BEFORE he even left. So this was planned. I. e. he lied about it having been a "spontaneous" idea.
3. He met up with some woman from the internet. He didn't tell me. He is adamant that he did but I know for sure he didn't. How do I know? Because we bumped into this woman and she yelled "you should have told me you have a girlfriend!". When we got home, there was a letter in the letterbox with several massage bottles from said woman claiming my boyfriend fucked her. My boyfriend says she's crazy. I want to believe him but he lied about her in the first place.
4. One night he was suposedly not feeling good and in bed. I remember the date of that night. Well, one day I was cleaning the apartment and found a receipt. It was for a bar, from that night, obviously consumption by more than one person. He claims it wasn't him, but it is his credit card number and it was in his apartment so yes... .

Ok this guy and I have started talking a week ago (mutual friends and similar interests, but we've never met in person). I started getting interested in him so I pushed for meeting up in person but he said it sounded like I wanted him to take me out on a date. So I later told him I'm pretty interested in him, but he told me I should know that he's not looking for a relationship right now. Plus he'd feel bad because he's not innocent nor conservative like I am. We still decided to hangout as friends this week.

but a few nights ago, he wanted me to come over to hangout with him and watch a movie (around 12 AM when he got home from a night out). He knows how innocent I am and he strictly said he wants someone to come over but he might fall asleep when the movie starts. After I said I couldn't come over, he fell asleep (didn't ask anyone else)

THENN we always talk about pretty deep stuff. Yesterday he said he quit an organization bc he doesn't like the naive and immature people. I apologized if I was bothering him because I'm naive and innocent and he explained that I did not bother him at all and how my situation is diff from theirs...

Then he randomly said "tbh you're pretty cute bahah" during the middle of the convo. Is this referring to my ACTIONS or me physically as a whole? AND GUYS DO YOU TELL YOUR LADY FRIENDS (who you aren't close to) that they're "pretty cute" randomly?

So I'm confused. Is he possible developing SERIOUS feelings for me (possibility of dating)? We usually text all day and he doesn't like planning things (he's spontaneous) but he let me plan out our hangout on Tuesday and said he's free all day.

Ok so I was trying to schedule a hangout with a guy I don't really know well/just started talking to. And he said he likes to do spontaneous stuff. Then I asked him if he likes this town center (where it's all Christmasy and there are restaurants and ice skating). Then he replied later saying

"Hahah girl I have no idea honestly. It sounds like you're trying to have me take you out on a date tho"

I thought that this means he's not actually interested so I denied it and said I don't really know him so I just wanted to meet him in person to get to know him better. BUT EVERYONE is saying by him escalating it to being a date, he wants me to admit that I want him to take me out and that he was flirting? I don't know what to think anymore.
