A lot of people claim that Eve was the primary person responsible for the Fall, but a clear reading of the Bible indicates otherwise. First off, 1 Cor 15:22 blames death upon Adam: "For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive."

And if you look at the story itself, it indicates that he was standing there the whole time (it says he "was with her"). Gen 3:

"2 The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, 3 but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’”
4 “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. 5 “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it."

So he was standing there, watching her be deceived, and didn't do anything to stop it. He did the equivalent of watching your spouse about to be tricked into eating poison, and not doing anything to stop it.

She didn't "persuade him" to eat it. She just handed it to him, and he ate it without any form of resistance. (The only person who resisted eating the fruit was Eve herself in the beginning of the story.)

Also, a lot of people talk about Eve being punished, and she WAS punished, but Adam was punished even more: Eve's punishment is dispensed in one verse, Gen 3:16, and Adam's punishment took 3 verses, Gen 3:17-19. And Eve was punished to pain in childbearing, whereas Adam was punished to painful toil "all the days of [his] life."

My ex boyfriend and I were together for 13 months total... we’ve both been through. Lot together and have a lot of history together...

he was talking to me all week long and telling me that he misses me tons and he still loves me and cares about me and kept asking me to come over to hang out.

this past weekend he told me it was ok to keep I touch with him via messenger which we did... we both wrote to each other that we miss each other and his girlfriend got all furious and jealous and started publically announcing in a group chat that they’re together in bed naked.

He kept in in touch with me then on Saturday night his girlfriend grabbed his phone and wrote to me through his account that I will not be seeing him without her being there with him and then I was blocked.

i reached out to a mutual friend of ours and she had a word with him and he unblocked me then as soon as he went home with his girlfriend I got blocked again!

was he pressured into blocking me cuz she gets crazy jealous and possessive? Is this temporary or will he keep me blocked for good?
