I met a guy who broke up with his gf 3 months ago but he still hangs out with her and says he's on "good terms" with her and wishes "all the best" for her. She even posted a selfie of them together on fb and he liked it.

I don't get it because he constantly talks to me, pretty much everyday and he sends me extremely forward msgs. (like asking me out to movies/lunches/etc, sending shy face emoticons, etc)
He even changed his hair style right after I told him I liked a certain style. I've seen him blush in front of me too..which was pretty cute.

But I've seen so many messy cases where the guy constantly goes on and off with his ex. I'm not sure if I can trust this guy... So...I have a few questions if you could answer after the poll:

1. Is this another messy 'on and off' case?
2. Is he looking for a rebound?
3. Is he a player?

This happens to me frequently. Sometimes a guy's voice will get deeper, louder, or kinda gentle. One time I hugged a guy and he said "How are you?" really deep. This player saw me and stared talking really loud about girls. And this guy whenever he sees me/talks his voice is a little shaky but gentle. I could go on and on.. What's up with this?

For example, a guy got divorced because he's apparently a player , then wants to marry you?

Could he ever change, like maybe after having kids?

Met him while working with friends for an event... actually it was his friend that step to me... not being in the mood to be practice for a player... I shut him down. Well he step in saying that no way to talk to people and began to try and smooth talk his way in... I wasn't haven't it. But somehow caught me off guard by suggesting that couldn't remember his number if he gave it to me because he know I wasn't going to give him mine. He turned it into a game rather than a pursuit. I fell for it ( smh) Damn!!2 weeks later at home nothing to do... I remembered the number.. thought I'd call see where his head was at... and if it wasn't nowhere nice... No love lost... keep it moving Well he was pleasant and convo surprisingly refreshing yet still reluctant wondering when the other shoe would drop.
Through the following weeks he texted cute little good morning quote every morning and after a month past I worked another event that he attended. this was a second chance to get a better look at him and decide to ask him if he would like to hang out once I finished working... He agreed. I he was a perfect gentleman... opening doors pulling out chairs and paying for meals... I was impressed but not to much... weeks followed and we would meet again this time he claim he was going shopping for himself and wanted me to come along... thinking this might be fun.. I join him.. just discover he was taking me on a shopping spree. again I was taken off guard and honestly thus has never happen to me... So I'm suspicious ( stupid. Maybe) what does he want from me? Is he trying to buy me? I was uncomfortable.. not to make him feel bad I pick out one item though he insisted I get more but I wasn't comfortable. We started dating and it was fun but then he started giving me an allowance no less then 200 a week he said it was for myself to whatever I wanted and if needed anything don't hesitate to ask.
