Over the last few years, I dated this Mormon girl on and off. When we first dated, she chose to date me over a Mormon guy, but later broke up with me because of the religious difference. Despite a few attempts to talk to her later that year, she ignored me.
In 2015, we had a conversation about our breakup, and she said she didn't want anything to do with me, and she was moving. I then began to move on.
But Midway through 2016, she reached out to me and we talked again, and we wound up getting back together, but she had already made a decision to go on her mission. But we developed an absolutely amazing relationship before she left.
Once she was due to leave, she stopped treating me like her boyfriend, and was extremely distant when we talked at first on her mission. But she said because of the religious difference, she could no longer be in my life.
I tried to fix things halfway through 2017 and it didn't help anything. So I just let her finish her mission without bother.
I reached out to her before her mission end with a letter trying to fix things, but never heard from her. I reached out on her old cellphone number when I thought she was back, and her brother said she got my letter. I reached out to her on social media and she declined my requests...

I'm honestly still heartbroken after months, and I had nightmares of her marrying and moving on. She's basically changed how she sees herself now, and a woman I know who's married to a Mormon says she's probably still on a religious high, and will realize I'm her rock and reach out again. But it sucks. I don't understand how she could treat me this was when she wanted to marry me before she left.

I was confused about things and I prayed for an answer, and discovered the next day she moved back to my state and worked where we met. I went and talked to her, and she didn't want to hear what I had to say. She said she never was actually happy, and said I was mean when she was on her mission and blamed just about
