at home Marvin is beaten, kicked, starved and abused in EVERY way possible. By his uncle and his uncle's girlfriend. He goes to school with cuts and broken bones. His uncle spits in Marvin's face as well.

Marvin's uncle joe gets a new girlfriend named Sophia. Sophia is 29 and Marvin is 14. Marvin has a nine year old sister named Selena. Sophia spits in Marvin's food and told him to eat it. Marvin says no and throws it away. Marvin runs upstairs. Sophia spit in Marvin's face and called him scum, Marvin went upstairs and whimpered. Then she put his hand on her chest Then she told Joe that Marvin touched her inappropriately. Joe beat Marvin and kicked Marvin between his legs. Marvin couldn't walk right for days and tried to hide the bruises. He vomited because of the pain. Sophia then spills a drink on the floor and tells Joe Marvin did it, Joe broke Marvin's finger and punched him in the face. sophia breaks glass and tells Joe Selena did it. So Joe sprayed Selena's eyes with pepper spray and beat her. Marvin was horrified. Eventually Selena starts to blame things on Marvin and runs away when he gets punished beaten and bites Marvin. After being beaten while naked Marvin gets really angry. He grabs a knife and throws it at Sophia's face then does it again when she's walking down the hallway. Then beats up his sister, and breaks her arm bone.
