I've been in a relationship for 7 months now (in my low 20's) and the love I use to know when I was younger (before this relationship) seems unreachable to me now.
My previous girlfriend lasted over a year long, and ended 2 years ago. The time between then and my current relationship starting, I had one time dates (tinder) that never lead to anything at all.
And I had also gotten into the hook-up culture, which never appealed to me as a nice thing, just a means to an end.
When I met my current girlfriend (via tinder) I was happy that I was talking/texting someone that actually seemed interested in me.
When I finally met with her after talking for nearly a month, I was nervous, but tried to play it cool, and we just talked to each other for a few hours.
We decided that we liked each other enough to go for a second date (which was the day that we became a couple).
From that 2nd date I had a feeling that this was going to last. But as time went on (a couple months) I stopped feeling excited to see her to just happy. I never felt the love I had when I was younger with her in the first place, but I saw potential in the relationship. As time went on we became more intimate, i. e; kissing, groping, cuddling, and eventually sex. But every time I go to see her I only feel happy, and nothing like what I knew in the past. Like there is something missing..

Long story short:
I feel like an end in my current relationship won't hurt too bad, because I know that I could come to love other people BUT I also feel like I love my girlfriend HOWEVER I don't feel the love I had when I was younger (which is when I came to define the feeling of love).

And I was wondering if anyone has felt anything like this. I appreciate any and all commented opinions/stories/explanations.

I've recently set up an escort & modelling agency, as a new business start-up (my second, after an art studio which I founded almost 6yrs ago now, and which first led me towards my new start-up, since it only managed to break even and became profitable when I ventured into nude sketches and prints). Set up the 'modelling agency' as a spin-off from the art studio; doing artistic sketches, canvas prints and profile pics as commission pieces, for female escorts, as well as strip clubs and other escort agencies. And when that took off, starting to bring in more revenue every month than my art studio would've made in a year without it, with far lower costs & expenses, I cut out the middle man and elected to set up an escort agency myself.

It's outcall only; all the girls (9 so far, most of them formerly freelance escorts, who I'd done nude and semi-nude sketch portraits for) signed revised versions of the contracts I'd offered them, to give them royalty payments for any artwork of them that I sold, hiring me as their marketing company. No sex or anything's mentioned on the site or on the phone though, and I've never 'sampled the merchandise' myself either. Don't intend to- I'm not sexually judgmental in the slightest, but I'm fiercely sexually possessive and protective; the thought of having to share my partner with any other men would be a massive turn-off for me. But are there any good girls out there who'd be willing to date, and commit long-term to, a man who ran an escort agency? Would you date a guy who did what I do (earning around $100K a year this way)?
