I grew up in a time era where this was very common. It was done to me and on a few rare occurrences I did it to (usually fighting back).

It’s one thing if it’s just guys doing horseplay. That’s just dudes breaking each other’s balls. No animosity and it’s joking around. But it’s another if it’s used for bullying. It’s meant to attack a man’s masculinity, bully and make him feel like shit.

I went on a tinder “date” with an unattractive girl a few years ago. I knew she was no supermodel vía vía the pics. But she was even heavier and less attractive when I met her in person.

But I decided to just have a conversation for the hell of it. I bought her a drink. She of course volunteered her political beliefs and they weren’t not surprisingly very liberal. She said she was very supportive of gay rights which is run of the mill nowadays. I didn’t want to get into a political discussion so I change the subject.

But later in the evening we got in a debate over something non political. I forgot exactly how it went down but she then blurted out that I had a “fa**ot” haircut. I just fuck you and left.

It was a pretty nasty insult. I think she was projecting her own self hatred on to other people. But still the gross hypocrisy of her saying that (after what she said earlier about politics) really shocked me the most.

I sent her a message the next day saying that insult was very low. She immediately apologized profusely and begged me to hang out with her again. I told her I felt better that she apologized but declined. Just wished her the best of luck.

Anyway why is it still acceptable to rip into straight guys with this crap? If I was really gay (she knows I’m not) I bet you a million bucks she would of never said that.

This is about a girl who I like since few years. She's had bad impression of me, as I was literally shit when we first met and many other factors. Things have already been bad as she has already told me to not text her because I texted her too much but it has been 2 years. She holds a nice grasp in my mind. It has been 2 years and I haven't contacted her in any form. Today is her birthday. Should I send her this? I will not send her this somewhere more personal like whatsapp. Thinking of insta or fb.

Hey, I wanted to tell you something.
You might remember, a while back, I texted you a lot which resulted in you getting irritated and pissed. It was between our higher secondaries and first year (2 years ago). The time was weird and, so was I. I will not blame the things I did wrong on that time. Whatever I did in the past, if it ever made you feel bad, hurt, or something at all, I apologize to you. The over-the-top effort to contact and text was my fault and I sure took too much time to realize that. Didn’t I? (I mean, I am still an idiot. So, Yes).
