Do NOT leave her alone or just ghost on her. This will make it look like you were only interested in sex. Just be patient and let her give you the green lights. She’s in charge of the pace for sex. Just relax until until she’s comfortable.

Yeah that’s fair enough. You could try brining up what happened and talking through that and see if that changes anything? Or just ask her straight up if something is wrong as you’ve noticed her being a little distant. That would help sort it out a bit quicker I think.

Same happened to me. Sometimes we dont stop the guy but we want them to stop you should pay attention to what her body say if she dont ask you to stop.
