So here is the story, grandson is from California, his dad killed him self and within two weeks his mother died. He moved to Arizona to the only family he has, his grandparents. He is 15. The HOA told them that the kid was not allowed to live there, and he has until the summer to move or the grandparents would face stiff fines and possibly eviction.

I think it's disgusting. What do you think?

and neither of them wants to worry the others, either.

In this situation, would you:
Feel a bit disappointed, and interpret these occurrences as the demonstration that those around you are perhaps not as concerned about your worries as they are about the worries of the other members of your family.
or
Feel honored, and interpret these occurrences as the testament to those around you acknowledging your maturity / ability to remain composed and focused even in the midst of difficult situations.
