Camelorum Adventures is a series of disjointed comics drawn by various artists at DeviantArt, about inmates at a special containment center for eccentric public offenders (think X-Men, but it's a prison rather than a school.)

It centers around the whacky adventures they find themselves on while harmlessly pursuing manual labor jobs to compensate for the bizarre and often paranormal situations that got blamed on them (regardless whether it was their fault or not.) Also, they try to solve the mysteries behind why they were chosen to become such strange beings in the first place, transformed into weapons of social chaos - often against their will.

ANITA'S STORY

Anita was a radio announcer / stunt airshow host, a major talking head in Dromedary Heights, DE. Funny, comedic, cute, charismatic, etc. One day, at an air show, she was to give an announcement and start a race.

However, her gun was swapped out by professional prankster Rita Rigatoni with a gun that had real bullets. A stunt plane flying too low got its engine taken out by the bullet she fired to start the race, and the pilot bailed right as his plane flew across the lake and crashed into a cotton candy factory.

Anita got blamed for the incident, but joked around with those attending the air show and acted almost TOO calm in the face of calamity. She didn't drop the mic until the police showed up. She wound up in Camelorum pretty quickly, being one of the few non-paranormals to achieve prominence inside.

If you were Anita and you just took out a cotton candy factory without meaning to under those same circumstances, would you do the same as her? Would you demand the prankster be found? Would you run like the devil to get out of there?

Stay, run, fight, or etc?
