Its been a month since our break up
Me and my ex boyfriend still hang out
We always go movies together since we both love movies
After break up, we chose to remain "friends"
He initiates contact every week (once or twice a week)
And he initiates going out to the movies every 2 weeks
I never initiate anything
So anyway, today I went to the movies with him
there's signs that he likes more than friends but I need you guys to judge
This is what happened:
- I dyed my hair last weekend and today was the first time he saw me with this new hair.
He saw me and said "wow you look so good with this hair. It looks good on you. You look like a supermodel"
He said this more than once and i catch him staring at me sometimes
And he would say "i bet guys are hitting on you hey? Do you talk to them?"
- then when we were queuing up to get our tickets and snacks, he would stand close to me and pat my head
- in the cinema, during the movie, he would sometimes tap on my arm and try to talk to me about the things happening in the movie
And he would also playfully teases me and grabbing some of my popcorn
- in the car i was tired and he would put his hand on my thigh for a few seconds and would ask me "are u ok? Is everything ok?"
- after the movie, he dropped me home
He told me to get him water because he was thirsty so I went inside my house and got him a water bottle
I came back outside to his car to give the water to him and then i was about to leave when he said "wait, come inside the car first"
So i got in the car and said "whats up?"
Then he said "give me a hug"
So i gave him a hug
I pulled away and then he pulled me in again for few more seconds and then he pulled away and said "okay bye"
Im confused tho
Is this friendly? Or more than friends?

So me and my ex boyfriend broke up over a month ago
He still messages and calls me often
I've never reached out to him first ever since the break up
He also initiates hanging out to the movies
So anyway he called me up randomly today and he was asking about if im dating other guys:
Him - so hows everything? Hows work?
Me - yeh good same old
Him -thats good. What other things u been doing?
Me -ah just some other things
Him - are u still watching tv shows?
Me - nah im hardly home
Him -oh busy girl huh? Youve been out dating other guys?
Me - *quiet*
Him - its ok you can tell me
Me - nah im not
Him -yea bull.. i know you're lying. You can tell me, i dont care
Me - nah why do u think i am?
Him - coz before we became exclusive, u told me that one day u kissed me and then this other guy at night on the same day
Me - oh wow u rememebered
Him - ofcourse i remembered.. but yea you can tell me seriously, coz you can do whatever you want
Does he really not care if im dating other guys?

My ex boyfriend ended it 1 month ago
He still initiates contact every week (messaging me) ever since the break up
And he also initiates hanging out every week (to the cinema, dinner)
Every 2 weeks, he would call me randomly
And he would ask:
- what I've been upto
- hows work been
- hows my day
- whats new with me
- if I've been dating other guys?
Nothing sexual
I dont tell him much things about what I've been upto
But he tells me what he's been upto with himself and his friends, etc
He called me today and he asked those questions above
Last week, he asked me to go the movies this Thursday and I agreed so he booked our tickets
He asked me "are u excited for thursday?"
And all that stuf
Then he was telling me that he was going to buy the gold movie tickets (VIP class) for us but the time was too early
But in my head im thinking "the gold tickets are usually for couples"
But anyway, I've been seeing him nearly every week ever since the break up
Is this normal for exes?
Does it mean anything if an ex calls randomly and ask those questions?

We broke up 1 month ago
He ended it
Ever since the break up he's always the one initiating messages
And he's always the one initiating hanging out to the movies and going to dinner every week (once a week)

My ex boyfriend (were together for 1 and a half years) broke up with me 1 month ago
We were constantly arguing about things and he had enough so broke it off and said we werent compatible and wasn't happy in the relationship anymore
He said we both need to move on , do our own things and meet new people
The thing is, ever since we broke up:
- he always initiates contact every week (at least once or twice a week) and I've never initiated contact
- he still invites me to go to the cinema with him and watch new movies together nearly every week
- he took me out on valentines day to movie and dinner and bought me a bouquet of white and red roses
- when we hang out, he always stands close to me and he sometimes would ask "are u okay? Is everything ok?"
- in the cinema, he always finds way to be close to me as well like tapping my shoulder or my arm and starts talking to me
- he still teases me playfully
- at the end of the night he would ask for a hug before saying goodbye
Has he really moved on?
If he has, why always trying to talk to me and inviting me out?
Im confused

So today, I got my hair done
I've gone brownish-blonde (Im Asian so I used to have full black hair)
I posted new pictures of me with my new hair on facebook, instagram, snapchat
And I still have my ex boyfriend on my social media
Then out of nowhere he messaged me saying "wow, you look so good with that hair"
And I said "oh thanks"
Then he said "so I booked our tickets to the new movie next week, you better not cancel on me lol"
We broke up 1 month ago - he broke it off by the way , because we fight too much and he wasn't happy anymore and thought we weren't compatible
So anyway, since we didn't break up in bad terms, we still remained in contact - he's always the one initiating the messages and going out to the cinema/dinner
I've never initiated anything
He invites me to go movies nearly every week.. so I see him nearly every week
But anyway, does it mean anything if my ex boyfriend compliments me?

Okay so my boyfriend (Danny) is worried that I still have feelings for my ex (Trent) , especially after I showed him this screenshot. I showed him the screenshot because we are in a long distance relationship and I like keeping him updated as to everything that's happening in my life really.

So my Trent and I are still friends after we broke up, I know most if not all people may find that weird and unnatural but it works for us. He wasn't good as a boyfriend but he's good as a friend and I don't have any romantic feelings for him whatsoever, and I keep telling my boyfriend that over and over.

But Danny says that I seemed so excited and interested in what Trent was saying that it worries him that I still like him.

In the screenshot, Trent was saying that he finally got a job offer, he has been job hunting since December, and that the job is in PE, where me and my friends live.

So I was really happy for him because he possibly got a new job, and I wanted to find out more about what the job would be like etc. I was also happy that he would be in PE again because my friends and I have missed him, we always hung out together and watched movies and played Magic the Gathering (card game like Yu-Gi-Oh) and lanned games etc. Really nerdy stuff.

So I told my Danny that I understand his point of view and I understand that it may look like I still have feelings for my Trent , but that it isn't the case at all. I only love Danny, and Trent is just a friend to me, that's all he is.

I also apologized to Danny for making him feel that way because I know it must have hurt him.. But he says it's still in the back of his mind and he still keeps wondering if I don't have feelings for Trent.

So, do you think he is right in wondering that? Or do you think he is being a little paranoid, maybe understandably so, but still a little paranoid nonetheless?

But nearly EVERY week, he has been asking me to go to the movies
We both love watching movies together when we were still a couple (we were together for 1 and a half years)
We still go out to the cinema and watch new movies
But its been nearly every week
He asked me today if I wanna go watch this new movie coming out next week
And last week when we hanged out, I told him I want to go watch this other movie coming out in 2 weeks and he said "oh yeah that looks good, let me know if you're not watching it with someone, ill go with u"
Does he just want to watch the movies and want company?
Or just an excuse to see me?
