I'm going to share my case. Meanwhile my parents are monolingual native Spanish speakers, I'm trilingual (Spanish, English and French).

Even though I've been living in Peru (my homecountry) for some time, once in a while I still get the ''Are you really from here because your Spanish is different'' or ''Have you ever lived elsewhere before'' by the locals.

So now this gets me wondering. Do we bilinguals or multilinguals sound different than our monolingual parents, even when speaking our native language fluently?

I have been best friends with this guy for 3 years. He is super shy and reserved and I'm really outgoing. We meet at my old job and it took me 2 months to get him to say more than 1 more word to me. Now we are really close I have always had feelings for him. He comes over to my house and he let's me lay on his chest and fall asleep he rubs my back when I ask him to and occasionally will stay the night and he is always bringing up a guy I used to date even though he is making a joke. People already assume were a couple they say we give off that body language put he says I'm not his type even though everyone says he is into me. He has never had a girlfriend or had sex and I had a baby at 15 so we are completely different. My question is would a guy let me fall asleep on him like that if he wasn't attracted to me?
