Search Results: he barely talks to me now

I matched with a guy on a dating app and we started talking on there, and after about a week I finally gave him my ig and snap and now we talk on snap. We also matched on another dating app shortly after we started taking on snap. Anyways, I can’t figure out if he’s even into me or not. He is usually the one to snap me first and send a selfie or whatever and whenever I snap back he opens it really quickly and snaps back. (I feel like this is either a sign of interest or he really never has anything better to do) But the problem is even though he never screens me he doesn’t exactly keep the conversation going either. Like I’ll be the one asking most of the questions and he’ll barely ask me anything unless it’s a super basic and general question. He also won’t ever compliment me but I know he thinks I’m pretty because he says so in very subtle ways but will never outright say anything. Also. he never asked me out I asked him and he said yes and he’s free whenever. But then he never actually put in effort to plan anything and we never hung out yet. So what does all this mean? Is he interested or not?
