I ended a 4 year relationship back in September. We didn't officially do the whole no contact thing until December. In January I had a fling with a guy that lasted a month and half. It was mostly physical and let me know that there are other guys out there.

In March I started talking to a new guy. That gradually progressed to a lot more serious than I anticipated. We are now in a relationship and he has met my family and I have met his. I can see myself spending the rest of my life with him. I am so happy.

In the meantime, I have had no contact with my ex of 4 years. I hope he is doing well and wish him the best type of thing. I obviously care about him still but have no desire to see him, talk to him or be physically intimate with him. The flame is dead. I saw on Facebook today he was tagged in a post with a girl that I heard he is dating. (mutual friends told me) It didn't even phase me. I thought to myself good I'm glad he has moved on and I hope she treats him well.

Does this mean I am over him? If I can hope for the best for him and be happy he is dating someone new? It is a strange feeling. He was such a big part of my life it is hard not to want what is best for him.

My guy friend knows that I like him. He teases me about it when we message on FB. We are currently in other relationships and he often complains to me about how childish his gf is and how he's bored with her. He picks fights with her a lot. His gf and my bf aren't at our school and he acts like he's my bf when it's just us.

The problem is he won't tell me if he wants something physical with me and I am afraid to really come on to him in case I've misread his "signals".

Guys, please tell me if these things would mean that you were sexually attracted to a girl or not:

He gives me NO personal space! We always hold eye contact while we talk.

He notices EVERY detail about me and mentions things even my bf ignores. He grilled me about why I colored my eyebrows to match my hair!

He talks about sex A LOT, plays ME dirty songs, tells ME he has condoms and lube... WHY?

He ALWAYS finds a way to touch my upper arm, right below the shoulder. I read this is like a preview of second base for a guy... is that true? He kind of pats/kneads my arm there.

He kissed me hello once on the cheek really quick but kept walking.

He fed me off his spoon that he had used.

I feel like he does a lot of sly moves in case he thinks I'm not into it, like he only hugs me from behind, but it's a huge blankety bear hug, and he sinks all of his body weight into me and stays there until long past awkward!

He's played in my hair and likes to firmly put his hand on my lower back, right above my waist.

We only sit side by side with forearms and thighs glued together the whole time. We whisper a lot, have inside jokes and our friends have asked what's going on with us.

He lets me touch him anywhere and never resists, arm, head, firm hand on upper thigh. He laid his head on me so I caressed his hair and face. Do guys let girls let girls they aren't hot for paw them?

He never me) has joked a few times about the idea of us being a couple? Is he testing me?

Please don't bash astrology if you plan on answering this--though I also believe that astrology does not dictate everything.

All other aspects put aside, based soley on a Cancer Man's sun sign alone, how can you tell the difference between him viewing you as a FRIEND vs a potential GIRLFRIEND?

What will he do differently? Is he more physical (hugging, tickling, and just touching you in general) when he sees you as a potential girlfriend vs a friend? Is he more open when he sees you as a friend vs a potential girlfriend?

I would like to add that I am an Aquarius Woman with a close knit friendship with a Cancer Man whom I am slightly curious about.

We really love each other's company, despite that I am often moody/broody due to my own reasons. Oddly enough, he understands them and wants nothing more than to see me happy and to see me laugh off the pains of life. These things, he has told me.

He confuses me, but that's because he supposedly sees in me what I fail to personally. I tend to believe I am worth no one's time--yet he tells me that I should never feel that way. In fact, he gets worked up and irritated when I tell him about my family's views on me. He tells me that they're wrong and that I am perfect the way I am. If I say "I'm ok" he can go on in a rant about how I'm more than ok and that I need to see it.

Ever since I've gotten to know him, he's helped me not only feel my emotions, but actually experience them--if that makes much sense. I can open up fully to him, and I know he'd never turn it against me.

He is also big on physical contact. Whether it's a full-bodied hug before I leave, or me sitting in his lap watching tv or friends play video games, he likes to be close to me and likes touching me--even if it's tickling or touching my arms/legs for no apparent reason.
