I have to wonder if feminists aren't finding or creating problems (it can be argued which) then hating on common sense solutions.

For instance, we all know that in serious workplaces, sexual harassment is a heavy issue, very real, and happens too often, especially when you have powerful people involved. So when I saw this article

I was a little irritated.

The article touches on how a fair amount of men on politics, especially congress, won't hold closed door meetings with women, or be alone with them, etc. This is the most common sense, cheapest solution possible for workplace sexual harassment, no? Aside from installing cameras everywhere. If male bosses don't have closed door meetings with women or go places alone, if helps protect the women from sexual harassment, and keeps the office air clear and above board. Not to mention, a false accusation can devestate a man's career, so male bosses have a vested interest in keeping everything squeaky clean.

But of course, feminist groups get upset. I guess their magic solution is to do nothing and skewer any man accussed of harassment?

What do you think? Do feminists create/find problems, then whine about cheap, common sense solutions like the one in the article above?

i work at a store that sells wholesale. people with businesses come into my store to buy stuff to sell at theirs. this really cute girl comes in like twice a month but she's always with her mom. i mentioned to a female coworker that i thought this girl was cute. so one day when i wasn't there, my cw tells my crush that i like her. sure enough my crush says that she's interested. she seems kinda shy so i'm not sure she'll ditch her mom somehow lol. any ideas on how i can get alone with her? keep in mind my bosses are walking around sometimes so i can't just chill and talk for 10 minutes lol
