What would you do and why?

In this if scenario your child is an adult; 21 years old. Dropped out of college, was lazy through whole high school with bad grades, always hated school and is unemployed. But no mental problems, learning disabilities or dyslexia. Average IQ. He has applied to a few jobs, but without any luck and he hasn't applied to very many. He could apply to more if he wanted to, but he doesn't want to do it. He thinks it's better applying to 1 - 3 at a time instead of 10. He has a few friends, but meets them rarely because of them either studying, being in the army or working. He spends almost all of his spare time gaming, but do work out sometimes.

He may sometimes visit his grandmother and help her if she ask him to, but he rarely do much more than that. He refuses to cook food or participating in cleaning the house more than once a week, only wants to make the same food all the time etc. He has no clear goals or ambitions in life. He doesn't know which job he wants, rarely speak due shyness and aren't motivated to do more at home than necessarily. He's a nihilistic atheist, but not pessimistic or depressed. Not into talking about feelings or personal stuffs.

This child lives for free in his parents house. He gets free food, housing, Wi-Fi etc. He still has some college debt.
