Lots if people seem to be encouraging women to go into stem because it is Male dominated. Should we do the same for men in female dominant fields? Through media and scholarships.

Most teachers are female and many little boys miss out on father figures and male role models, so having more male teachers may give them this. I've also noticed through my many years of schooling female teachers tend to talk about more no school related things and be more focused on talking to the girls in class, while the guys get ignored. Male teachers often tend to talk more about school related things, during class time, not focus on talking to groups of people, be funnier and thus more engaging. Additionally, fewer men than women are graduating highschool, getting diplomas, degrees, and PHDs than women are. So do you think we should be encouraging more male teachers the same way we do females in stem? Should we give men preferential hiring in female dominant jobs, like they do in stem?
