Search Results: meeting another girl

Basically, I'm a junior in college in NYC and I'm interested in this girl (who is also in my year). We're on the executive board of a club on campus together. I've noticed, however, over the past week or so that this girl has gotten very touchy with me. We've been planning a lot of events recently this week, as a part of our club, so we've spent a lot of time together this past week.

For example, this weekend, me and the other members of the e-board, went to the apartment of a coordinator for one of the events that we were planning to discuss the logistics of the events, etc. The whole time, she would keep her thighs touching mine, as we sat next together on the same couch, even though there was room to move. Whenever she would reach across me to talk to the person beside me she would put her hand on my leg also, for at least five seconds. She also was quite close to me in general, and would put her arm on my back sometimes when she spoke at the meeting, and in the Uber on the way back to campus. We went to another formal event on the weekend, and then while I was eating a piece of bread, she asked for a piece of it, even though there was more bread available.

She also smiles and laughs when I talk. I'm only kind of confused because she's a very animated person. She smiles a lot in general and she carries herself with a lot of confidence, like she's a model or something (not that there's anything wrong with that). But she touches me a lot, even around our friends.

Is this girl interested in me or is she just really flirty? Should I ask her out to dinner sometime? Would it be bad for the club that we run if we actually started dating? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
