I've actually been on both sides. There was a time I got bullied from grades 2nd-7th and always sat by myself at lunch. It was the worst time ever for me.

Even though I knew exactly what it's like being treated like garbage at school every day, I sadly joined these 3 new emo guys and told them everything I went through. They were the first to actually talk to me and I was listened to. At first, we got even with those who bothered me for so long. Then it got to the point, we would be unfair and mocked others who never said anything to me as well as to someone who had once stood up for me. For the rest of the 8th grade, it was now them and me the bullies. I don't know what got to me. I would feel sorry at one point (sometimes even feel kind of bad when doing it) but still continue doing it during that year.

During the summer vacation, we had a fall out, found out one of them got arrested for drug possession and I just started being my own person (did eventually got more confident but this time for the better). I did eventually made a couple friends in HS. Some were new classmates and others were the former ones I've been unfair to. I did tried making it up to them.
