We dated for 1.5 years - it was great, many compliments how we were "in love" etc - and a few hiccups when we disagreed... over-all it was amazing.

We separated 8 months ago - She p*ssed me off and I moved on (just a conversation - no actions to p*ss me off) - 2 months after she dated my best friend (she asked permission and sh*t? wtf...) 5 months ago was about the biggest "fall out" we had (mind you we were friends at this time)

I ended up being her friend up till now. (We're still friends) She approached me asking if there was hope that someday we will go out again, and I told her the truth - I really liked the time with her, but to get the right answer across the table I would need time to think.

I've thought about the pro's/con's list and things aren't adding up...

As many "con's" as there are that outnumber the pro's - I know this girl won't be trying to go around my back with another dude. She was always faithful / loyal / watever..

I just don't see a spark to be having fun in the relationship - I don't care about sex etc, I can make stuff romantic if that's what I want, but I want someone that I can laugh and smile with.

Sooo, I guess - what would you ladies/men recommend? Stay in the flirting/dating area till I get my life straight - or shoot for the relationship with having a lot of things going on (school/work/etc)
