I was with my ex for a little over a year when I got pregnant (i'm 21 btw) He had been very violent before I got pregnant, but it got so much worse when I told him. He wanted me to abort it, but I knew I couldn't go through with that :( He had often been very jealous, abusive ( physically too) and when I got pregnant he apparently thought that was yet another excuse for being abusive. I left him when he pushed me down the stairs when I was two months pregnant, because I started bleeding and was so scared I had lost the baby, which I hadn't. I didn't talk to him for about a month, but he came by my apartment and said "come talk to me, I want to see you" and said no and refused to see him or talk with him. He got very upset but left after about two hours of sulking outside my door. I got a text the next day " I don't believe you're pregnant, you'd ruin your life. by the way, I'm moving out of town. Have a nice life". Why didn't he believe I was pregnant ? He had even been to my scan, and seen it move. I didn't write him back of course, and over the months, as my baby girl got bigger in my tummy, he threatened me over phone, blog, text, mail and so on. I replied to none. I gave birth 21th of November last year (2012) and he didn't contact me even though he knew my due date was 15th of November. I feel so blessed with my little girl and she is just the best. I am scared to tell him though. What if he wants custody? or visitation rights? He is very violent even to kids and animals, and I wouldn't dare letting him be alone with her. Should I tell him or should I just pretend I lost it and let him get on with his life not knowing he has a daughter? I don't need money so child support isn't a problem at all. Should I tell him and would he believe me?
