I say no. It's a massive overreach by the government. Whenever a business denies catering a gay wedding, people always compare it to that of the African American plight before civil rights. But these people need to stop pretending like the business are denying service. They're denying a service request. The gay couple can go in and get a slice of cake or have a nice lunch and there's no problem. The problem is when they ask them to participate in something they find to be morally objectable. It's not like the gay couple went in to order a pizza and the owners were just like "Fuck off, fags." It's not like that and you know it's not like that. I get so infuriated when I see a huge, money wasting legal battle over something so petty. If you really care about the gay community, why not spend that money on youth programs for people who are actual victims of persecution?
