I feel like she is making the completely wrong decision with stay with him. I feel like she has become more depressed over they years and I talked to her after she was yelled at and she was talking much more quietly.

She is a really kind person and I feel like she is giving him to many chances and her marriage will end up like our parents. Bad.

From what I noticed my sister is expecting a similar marrage to my mother's in a way. She married a good Christian guy who does not drink or do drugs from what we know of. Two years ago he cheated on her, and she left him for a few months to stay at home. She was planing on devorcing him. They went to counseling at church and she decided to stay. I feel like she is in an unhappy marriage now, and I have no idea why she stays with him. Kind of like how my mom stayed with my dad through her unhappy marrage.

That got me thinking what if we are kind of destined to have similar fates as our parents. The only thing that I can think of if this does happen is that I will become an alcoholic like my father and hate future wife. I stay away from alcohol because I hate the feeling of getting drunk and the hangover after. I respect women and I don't understand why people would hate/torment their girlfriend/wife.

Am I just looking into stuff to much and getting worried about nothing? I'm not that sure what topic to put this under sorry if it does not fit correctly.
