Several of my guy friends have discussed how they would never date a woman that was more intelligent and successful than them because it would make them feel emasculated. They said they want to be the ones to "wear the pants in the relationship". Some have even said they prefer a woman who is not intelligent. What is your take on this? Do intelligent and successful women really scare you?

Hence the title, I'm wondering what y'all would prefer in a relationship. I suppose this is just a more off-color way of identifying who wears the pants, with the added hint at who holds the upper-hand in rewarding sexy time. ;)

I'm personally more cock-whipped I believe. There was this one time in high school where my boyfriend literally said we weren't going to make out until I finished cleaning the kitchen after we made supper at his house. I'm a relatively hypersexual person & would probably be the one to lay down my coat & bring his food to him for a week if I wanted head... although he'd probably just have to point his head downwards at me & I'd be all over that thing!!!
