Ok so here’s my situation.

I’m talking to a guy I’ve been talking to for 5 months now. We both agreed we wouldn’t get into a bf/gf relationship because he graduates soon and we’re both not emotionally ready for the commitment of the title. We did agree to only mess with and continue talking to only each other tho. He’s always been a busy guy but lately he’s been more busy and I don’t know if I should be alarmed because it’s finals szn. He used to be obsessed with me and now he won’t hype me up when I look good asf, he takes his phone with him everywhere, he’s been trying to lose weight, and he likes the same girls pics on insta. The thing is, these are all bad signs but the other day he cried to me (cuz of an argument we had where he thought I was messing w other guys because of something I said) telling me he’s never slept with anyone besides me since we’ve started talking so I don’t kno what to believe. Some friends tell me to trust my gut and others tell me he’s genuinely just busy but cares. I don’t even know what to do and I need to kno if I really should be focusing on just him. We don’t have a title but I liked the idea of only giving him my attention. I don’t know whether or not I should trust the situation before I take a step back and talk to other people, so please help.

So, I started uni this September. Eventually the only option that turned up was living with 5 guys that were a year older than me.

Most people would think that’s insane but I have always gotten on a lot better with guys over girls, mostly because I grew up with two brothers, I’m quite outgoing and dislike the kind of drama girls get themselves involved it.. so as a result most of my friends are guys so.
After about a week, I got together with the guy I was living with that I fancied. After the first night we spent all of the following day together and then from that week on we slept in the same bed together up until now, his bed. It’s now been six weeks of us sleeping together and cuddling/hanging out with each other during the day.
Recently, although he hadn’t done anything to make me question him, I started to get nervous and feel like he was losing interest in me even though I don’t think he was acting any differently. So I decided to test him a bit, so I was going to bring up the topic of whether or not we were seeing other people after we got home from a night out.
But, while we were out my other housemate was trying to set me up with other guys although he knows I have been seeing his best friend for the past while, I thought it was odd that he was doing this and then I started to wonder does he know something I don’t?
Then later that night in bed, I asked the guy I was seeing “how would you feel if I was with another guy some night?” he said I can see other guys if I like but that he wants to know who they are if i do, but over all he acted quite calm and not too bothered.. so now I am panicking because I assumed he would ask me not to see other people but when he didn’t I felt like all my fears were true and maybe he really was losing interest?
Am I just an easy option for him because I live with him?
since this happened he has continued to act the same as he always has with me but I just can’t help but think my instincts are right.. what do ye think?

Early/casual dating can be so ambiguous.

I’d love some suggestions/tips on how to communicate interest, find clarity of how he’s feeling about things, without coming on too strong.

Met a guy online. He suggested the first date which went brilliantly - lots in common, laughter, good conversation. It felt like we had great chemistry on all levels. He told me he enjoyed it at the end, we hugged, and parted.

He texted the next day to thank me for the date. I replied saying I’d like to do it again, then he agreed that he would too.
we kept messaging, but no mention of booking another date.
after almost 2 weeks, I asked him when he’d be free. He mentioned a time (his one day off in 8 days), so we booked that in.

We had our second date yesterday. The conversation still flowed well, we laughed a few times, and spoke about some deeper things, such as struggles at work etc. we’re both nurses, in high up roles with a lot of responsibility. so we just seemed to “get” each other.
I felt more nervous though, as I’m starting to like him a bit, and I was also sleep deprived, due to a poorly timed early morning phone call from work (which I did mention to him). So I felt like I wasn’t my best self yesterday, so was worried how I came across.
He also spoke about his family and friends, telling me their names, explaining who was who, and even showing me a photo or two. So he was sharing some personal things.
3.5 hours later, I ended the date.

Im not sure if he told me whether he had a nice time or not at the end of the date, as I was feeling a bit nervous, so my mind was buzzing a bit. But I did tell him that it was nice to see him again, which he also said back to me.
we hugged briefly, then he said “I’ll see you later”.

24 hours later, he hasn’t messaged me and I haven’t messaged him.

I enjoy his company, and would like to see him again. But I don’t want to come on too strong. I also want a bit of clarity.
So I need to say something.
Any tips/suggestions/advice?
