I've been together with my partner for over 4 months. He introduced me to his friends and family members, and I've done the same as well. However, he hasn't posted anything about me or us on social media, considering he is active on various social media platforms (i. e. ins, FB, etc.). By saying "active" I mean he is constantly online and likes other people's posts, but he hasn't posted anything at all since we are together. I asked him about it he said he can't be bothered to do so and if I want to post anything, he's fine with it. I haven't done it yet because I am a rather private person, but he, on the other hand, posted about his exes before.
I know we don't live in a virtual world, what happened in real life matters, but we came across conversations about telling his ex about me. He said he won't tell her unless she asks him about me. I don't like that I have to push him to post anything, it's not fun but my concern is that he is trying to stay "single" on social media.

I had been with my ex for 3 months, he was the one at the beginning was the one to tell me he was going to be here for me and help me etc. He told me he loved me on the third date which was 2 months into dating each other. Things were going great until the last month. I was always the one going over and putting in the work. He showered me with a couple gifts but thats it. There were a few things he did but it didn't make up for what I did for him. He agreed with me(when i guessed he doesn't feel worthy of a relationship) that he's not worthy and worthy of a relationship and I always reassured him. He had a bad experience with his exes and was in a abusive relationship. We always told each other every day that we love each other and he tells me he really loves me.. then all of a sudden he dumped me and told me he had to work on himself and get some help. (there was a situation that we had talked about but he didn't want to compromise as much)

This could easily of been worked through but he didn't want to work on it together

So i was driving with my boyfriend and we were just talking and he brought up about our families and then i told him i wanted to talk to him about something and i worded something wrong that came off that his family needs to do better. He didn't tell me how mad/upset he was until recently. I knew him and his family were doing what they could do to make the situation better. It came off wrong and not a big deal.
He was hurt. The same situation happened with his exes and he seems to be taking initative of the situation and was thinking about breaking up. I personally dont think we need to break up over this situation it can be solved but he said its going to take him time to get over this. Its been a week so far and he's still upset
