Search Results: trouble sleeping

I spent the past week living in a hotel with my boyfriend where we shared a bed and cuddled with each other before going to sleep every night, but now that we’re both home again I’m having a lot of trouble managing to fall asleep without him. I’ve never slept as easy as I did when I was with him, and now that he’s gone it seems harder than ever. I miss laying on his chest and listening to his heartbeat and I miss cozying up to him and kissing his back when he’d rolled over on his side, but I won’t be able to have that again until the next time we see each other. Unfortunately that probably won’t be for at least another year (we’re long distance), so I guess I’ll have to cope without it again.

Have you experienced similar troubles returning to a setting where you sleep alone, or were you mostly unbothered by it?
